This Terms of Service applies to the application known as Voiceover air. Voiceover air will be referred as “The App”. Policies and Procedures Hours of Operation
* The App’s office is open Monday – Friday 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. GMT+6. These policies and procedures apply to all products and/or services from the Voiceover air App and Voiceover air Website airecording.io Voiceover air Professional, Expert, Innovators, Genuis, Enterprise, Tier 1 and Tier 2 and the VIP Voices Lifetime Deal and Subscription.
* You can purchase Voiceover air and any of its packages at your first purchase and if we wish to upgrade or downgrade please raise a ticket with our support team.
* All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
* Customers must contact our support department with their order information to request a refund.
* 100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only.
* For LTD users you have Thirty (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. for our Social Media Package, Pro and Expert package we offer a fourteen (14) day refund.
Any return received after the fourteen (14) day timescale will not be processed.
* If we receive excessive or repeated refund requests from you, we reserve the right to add you to our “blacklist” to prevent future purchases of our products by you and we reserve the right to refuse your business at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to deny future refunds to you if we feel you are taking advantage of our money back guarantee.
Characters Used – Fair Use Policy
Your Social Media package can generate up to one hundred thousand (100,000)characters. Your Pro package can generate up to two hundred and twenty-five thousand (225,000) characters. The Expert package can generate up to three hundred and fifty thousand (350,000) characters. For Tier 1 of the Lifetime Deal package, you can generate one million (1,000,000) characters per month and for Tier 2 you can generate two million (2,000,000) characters per month, both our VIP Voices Lifetime Deal and Subscription package can generate a maximum of one hundred thousand (100,000) characters per month, which is recurring each month.
This is fair use and if you reach the threshold of the maximum number of characters stated above, then your account will be limited until you purchase a new package or 30 days pass since you will have used all the characters allowance. If you reach the limit, you will simply need to wait until it gets reset automatically. Please also take into consideration the translation feature which is available for your VIP Voices Lifetime Deal package, we offer this as part of a solution and we hope that it is not abused, if we find accounts are abusing the translation feature, we will have no option other than to remove it, so please do not abuse it.

*You have the ability to allow and receive remuneration from the display of advertisements, premium pro-rata revenues, or other substantially similar forms of monetisation in connection with making available your productions on social media or other platforms, apart from YouTube, offering such possibility (i.e. monetise). Notwithstanding the above, you may not monetise any productions containing music from the app on Youtube everywhere else is fine. This is due to the copyright laid out and bound in our terms and conditions with Epidemic Sound and their artists.
